Danza Ancestral de la Boa
According to LATHRAP archeological works ABOUT Ucayali pre historical occupation, Comancaya culture would represent the Panos, Shipibos, Conibos, Shetebos ancestors. The archeologist tells that in the beginning, these groups formed a unit came from the south, were descendants of a same culture and would have distributed over Ucayali and the Shipibos would have progressively divided occupying the half part of the valley, The Coribos occupied the top part to the south of Pucallpa and the Shetebos occupied the low part to the north of Pucallpa in Contamana region. Nowadays, The Shipibos settled Ucayali valley between the 6º and 10º of south latitude, their knowledge established on Ucayali riverbank and its afflux: Maquia, Cashibococha, Roaboya, Calleria, Tamana, Shehsea in the right riverside and Cushabatay, Aguaytia and Pachitea in the left riverside.

The native of High and Low Ucayali show respect for the Boa in order not to put a curse on their Rubber, Coffee, Inguiri (banana), Cassava harvests. It is a dance purely ritual in which the presence of live Serpents like the Boa is stood out.

The music is a typical Amazon movement, a Tanguiño Titi ritual rhythm and it is danced to the sound of the Quenilla, drum, bass drum, Manguare and Maracas.
Orgullo Shipibo
This dance is war origin based on the quarrel of the territory between the Yawuas who live mainly on the banks of Amazon River and the Shipibos who live on the banks of Ucayali River.

The Yawuas liked to extend their territory until they arrived on the banks of Ucayali River, at that moment the war began between the Yawuas and the Shipibos for the supremacy of the territory and its strengths. In the dance is shown a Shipiba is raped by a native Yawua and that is why the war began and the Shipibos won the victory and their honor and lands were respected.
Ayahuasca
Feast of cure or exaltation. It is a dance based on Shamans Folk healer or onlooker work that practiced this sort of rituals whose diets can achieve cure different disease like Drug Addiction, Alcoholism, Venereal Disease, Witchcrafts.

By canticles, The shaman with his assistants prepare the Ayahuasca (narcotic plant that becomes inebriated) with the Palo Huasca and a mix of Chacruna for the respective dizziness. After smoking a strong Mapacho (Pure tobacco), he commends with his canticles to the good and wild animals of the jungle and in this way with the help of Land Mother and River Father, his cures have the desired effect. The shaman or folk healer does not charge for his services; on the contrary, you have to return him with animals like birds, reptiles.
